Sway Thai Restaurant

Southwest Engineers performed a full site plan design for this 3,665 SF Austin favorite. We remained close to ownership through project close-out, assisting in development consistency with a City of West Lake Hills Gift of Real Property Agreement. As part of our site civil scope, we obtained TxDOT driveway permits in coordination with the construction of FM2244 (Bee Caves Road) roadway improvements; building, parking and grading design, water quality treatment facility design; and water and wastewater utilities design. The finished product is stunning and another success by Michael Hsu who was featured in 2015 by Austin Monthly.
