Carpenter Hill Subdivision

This Perry Homes subdivision is a 70-acre development consisting of 200 homes constructed in five phases. The community consists of single and multi-story homes and amenities including a pond, mature trees, and open green space.

We provided site civil engineering services for this project. Working with our client, subconsultants, and the City of Buda, we resolved challenges in topography, groundwater, landscape, and drainage. Our design also called for a detention pond in Phase 5 and a lift station to serve the development.
