Cambrian East Riverside

Collaborating with Cambrian Development, Prospera Housing Community Services, and Bercy Chen Studio LP, we provided site civil design for this 65,000 SF, multi-family, affordable-housing project located in southeast Austin along the East Riverside Corridor (ERC). The architectural design features a podium structure with elevated concrete decks.

This first phase consists of 65 units of mixed-income development, with 45 of these units targeted as affordable housing certified by the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs (TDHCA). This project was special to us as it not only provides affordable housing, but also provides residents with access to publicly accessible open space and nearby public amenities, such as parks and libraries—all of which are essential to building vibrant, local communities.
